1. The service

Soraz is a B2B lead-discovery tool that finds, verifies, and grades local and regional business contacts. These terms govern your use of soraz.ai and the service. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to them.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per legal entity unless otherwise agreed.

3. Billing and refunds

Plans are billed monthly (or annually at the published discount) in advance via Stripe. Quotas reset each billing cycle; overage is billed at the published per-unit rate. All paid plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee from first purchase. You can cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no abuse of infrastructure, no attempts to probe or disrupt the service, no automated scraping of the service itself. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with pro-rated refund where suspension is not caused by your breach.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Use of delivered data

Lead lists are licensed to you for your own business-development use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly re-publish delivered data as a data product. You are responsible for using the data in compliance with applicable law in your recipients' jurisdictions (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, PECR, and GDPR where applicable). Verified-lead billing and the dead-address credit policy are described on the pricing page; credits are issued automatically based on SMTP bounce codes indicating a non-existent address within 14 days of delivery.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts of [STATE] unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
