1. Who we are

Soraz (soraz.ai) is a B2B lead-discovery tool that finds, verifies, and grades local and regional business contacts, operated by ZYGOTE AI INC ("we", "us").

2. Data we collect

Account and contact data: name, work email address, company, and billing details when you sign up or submit a form on this site. Service data: content you provide to operate the service (lists, campaign settings, connected mailbox metadata). Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) used for security and product improvement.

3. How we use data

To provide and improve the service, to respond to your requests, to send transactional and (with your consent or as permitted by law) product communications, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Processors we rely on

Cloudflare (hosting and security), Stripe (payments — we never store card numbers), email and infrastructure providers necessary to deliver the service. Each processes data under its own safeguards and our instructions.

5. Retention and your rights

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data at any time via the contact below. EU/UK residents: our legal bases are contract performance and legitimate interest; you may object to processing or lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

6. Business contact data

Soraz assembles business contact information (company names, business websites, business phone numbers, and business email addresses) from publicly available sources and professional data providers, and verifies email deliverability before delivery. This is business-to-business contact data; we do not knowingly collect consumer or household data.

If your information appears in a Soraz-delivered list and you want it removed, email privacy@soraz.ai — we honor removal requests and add the address to a global suppression list within 10 business days.
